Can I use mycommittee for free?

We have a Personal Free edition that has the basic features and is great for small teams or charities. There is no time limit and you will never have to pay for the free features. You can upgrade at any time to increase capacity or use extra features for a low monthly fee.

Is there a trial period for paid subscriptions?

Yes, we now offer a FREE 60-day trial period. You can signup for any plan and use mycommittee without obligation. No credit card required!

How does the billing work?

mycommittee is subscription based. Subscriptions are billed annually (12 months) and we use PayPal to process payments. We do not store your credit card or other financial information.
When you purchase a subscription, mycommittee will send an invoice by email to the main billing contact. You can securely pay online thought the PayPal web site by credit card or PayPal account by simply clicking the Pay button in the invoice email or from your mycommittee account page.

mycommittee will not automatically renew your subscription but will send a new invoice before the next annual billing date.

I don't have a credit card. Can I still upgrade?

Our subscription payments are processed by PayPal, a secure payment processor used and trusted by many organizations. You don't need a PayPal account to pay an invoice. At the time of payment, you can choose to use a debit or credit card (as guest) or use a PayPal account.

Do the people I invite need to pay anything?

No, as the account holder, you own the subscription and you can add as many members as required. People can be member of paid and free committees at the same time.

Can I be part of multiple organzations?

Yes, other organizations can invite you to become a member of a committee. You can even be administrator for other organization and create committees using multiple subscriptions. You will see all your organizations on the Organizations page.
You can always access all your committees from the dashboard page regardless of the organization they belong to.
