Is our data safe and secure? Do you make backups?

We take all possible measures to make sure that your data is safe and secure. Our data center has a 99.9% up-time and is protected from intrusion by the latest technology. 
Backups are made daily and stored in a secure location. 
Each committee can only be accessed by the registered committee members. Nobody else can access your data!

Can we run mycommittee on our own servers?

This is possible for large organizations but you will need to contact our sales department to discuss your individual requirements.

Do you provide phone support?

We provide unlimited email support for paying customers but do not have a call center. Our support team will usually contact you within a few hours of receiving your request.

Can I change my email address (username)?

Yes, this feature is available on your 'profile' page. 
Note that your email address is also your user name. Once you change your email, you can no longer log in with your previous user name.
Your password will remain unchanged.

I never receive notification emails from mycommittee!

Some email clients (hotmail, yahoo, Outlook, etc.) consider emails containing links and from an unknown sender as spam and automatically move these emails to the junk or spam folder. To ensure these emails are delivered to your inbox you should add the email address "messages @ mycommittee.com" (but without the spaces) to your contacts or safe list.
If you are behind a corporate firewall/spam filter please ask your system administrator or help desk to add mycommittee.com to the 'white list' so messages can pass through.
