Can I use mycommittee for free?

Absolutely! You can use the free version of mycommittee for as long as you want and you will never be charged for any of the free features.

There is no time limit on the free version but there are some limitations.

I don't have a credit card. Can I still subscribe?

Certainly.  We support invoicing for our annual plans.  Our credit card plan payments are currently processed by PayPal.

How does the billing work?

When you purchase a subscription plan using a credit card, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal web site to process your payment (mycommittee does not store your credit card information).
On the PayPal web site you will have to complete a few easy steps to set up your monthly or annual payment. Once completed, PayPal will charge your credit card from now on every month or year with the same amount (depending on the selected payment cycle and plan).
You can cancel your subscription any time you want!

If you have selected an annual invoice, the invoice will be emailed directly to you within a day.

How do I cancel my plan?

To cancel you plan go to the account page and select the 'Cancel my plan' link. You will need to confirm that this is really what you want to do.

ATTENTION: Once you confirm the cancellation, all your committee information (all committees on this plan) will be deleted permanently. You (or we) can NOT undo this operation.

After that, you will be directed to your PayPal account where you cancel your recurring billing and close the account.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is very simple! There is no contract and no hidden fees. After you cancel your subscription you will not be billed again. There are no refunds for the possible remainder of the current cycle (the amount already charged for the current month).
