The new home page does not allow me to get to my committee dashboard. This is a bad design. Further, when I went to support it suggests (quite rightly) that I review the FAQ which I would then have to search for, why would there not be a link right there?

Hi, May I make two comments on design? Use of javascript for links: disables "open in new tab" functionality so that I can't open something to deal with later, or open a number of tabs to then quickly look through. Slows my work down a lot. Very frustrating. I'm currently trying to go through a list of members of the committe, I can remember someone's organisaiton but not their name. I want to quickly open all the acceptances in a new tab, then flick through them. But instead I have to click, pause, no. Ok, click, pause, no. Click, pause, no..... wheras if I could open in a new tab I'd be quickly opening all the tabs which would be loading in the background as I opened more. Much faster. Mixed http / https environment on same page: not good. Leads to regular "do you only want to view the website content that was delivered securely?" errors so I'm constantly clicking "no" in order to progress through the site. Hello I am evaluating your software to use it permanently for our Church board. I have 3 questions 1. When I create a task with 2 or more assignees, the task gets duplicated for each person. I don't want that to happen. I just want one task with 2 assignees. How can I do that? 2. I downloaded the iOS app and logged in with my id. I tried opening the "Tasks" section but it wouldn't open. I have already created tasks for myself and I was expecting it to show that. 3. How do I send reminders for the Tasks? Your help with these is much appreciated. Hello, We are using myCommittee to coordinate our sailing races (we live in over a 100 km radius of each other, the crew is over 6 persons. Thanks a million for your application. Improvements (larger target) : Allow customers to configure more of the forms. For exemple, to be able to rename meeting to race. Remove , rename and add fields to Meeting (same as current Agenda Template). Sort the meetings from soon to later in the year (I thought it was possible, but it is NOT permanent for sure). Hi - I am an IT project manager with American Academy of Family Physicians. Our current MyCommittee stakeholders are having some difficulty adapting to the mobile functionality of MyCommittee. For example, users are unable to correctly view pdf fillable forms within MyCommittee while on their iPads. Also, users can view Word documents but cannot view markups when they are finalizing agendas/supporting meeting material. Would you be able to provide us with some best practices for mobile users as a means of setting expectations for functionality that they can expect when accessing MyCommittee from their iPads vs. laptops? Hi I really love your site. Well done for a great product. We're only a scouting group, but so far your site looks way better than the horrible word documents we've been using up to now. I have a few very minor suggestions: 1. For non-profits such as ourselves, work out a way to pay a donation of any amount. We can't afford the paid service, but we would like to make some small contribution to keep you in business and perhaps buy you a coffee. 2. You do some great PDF templates, but I'd love one that lists all the tasks so that we can sign them off at the meeting. 3. When I'm actually taking minutes live during the meeting, it would be nice if there was an easier way to review tasks (this is one of our first agenda items) and very quickly mark the ones that have been done. My board has chosen to use the portal to basically post Microsoft Officer and PDF documents. At this time they don't want to use the Meeting Agenda built into MyCommittee. It would be nice if there was an option to turn these tabs on and off. Doing so would make it less confusing. Maybe as enhancements are made to the agenda templates and meeting templates they will reconsider that functionality Adding a member after a meeting has been setup does not allow that new member to see the meeting detail. Being able to have a option to restrict printing would be nice too. Granted tech savvy people will find ways around it, but if they I'd think many board members won't know who to do that. Of course that won't help me with using Word and PDF documents. So when do you think you'll have the first update. I am very impressed with this software and it is working very well for our volunteer organization. I am wondering if there is chance to modify the structure to allow for recurring meetings to happen more than once per month. Our meetings take place on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month but I am only able to identify one occurance per month. If your programming people could look into this, it may assist many organizations that meet on specific weekdays in the month. Thank you for supporting non-profits with this valuable program. First off let me say I've really been impressed with MyCommittee! You guys have done a great job, I'm really glad I stumbled onto it - thanks for the free option as well, I will be sure to upgrade to a paid option when it becomes feasable for our little club and we get more entrenched. I was mainly contacting you guys about emailing tasks. I am creating tasks for my team members, but as we are all new to the system, I don't think they feel comfortable or even know they should log in and use it so they aren't seeing the tasks. I was thinking it would be nice when I create a task that the member gets notified via email with the task and the email provides an Update the task link. I think that would encourage my guys to "get in there" and as they start using it a bit they can get more use out of the package as a whole. Thanks again for an awesome app!! My wish list is as follows: 1. An offline version since it happened to me that during a meeting for some reason the site did not work and I was stuck. I started getting the Board Sec to print the full docs. But needless to say this is a bit time consuming and also defeats part of the purpose of mycommittee. Like gmail, perhaps there could be an offline version that will then sync when hooked to the internet. 2. The agenda does not print in short form as seen on screen, but only in expanded form. It is desirable to be able to print the short form agenda 3. When building minutes, it is my practice to insert a date before the next text updating the minute item so as to distinguish and have a whole history of the item discussed until it is marked as completed. I am not sure this is the right way. Tried sub-items but this does not have a history effect. Could there be some form automatic insert of the date as a minute item is being updated, so as to facilitate eventual tracking of

Feature request: One of our staff members has suggested a new feature for MyCommittee. They would like the ability to set an expiration date on documents (when uploading). To help with clean up of old documents in various committees. On the expiration date, documents would be moved to the recycle bin in MyCommittee. It would probably be a good idea to show the expiration date to the committee members, so they know the document will only be available until a certain date. That's my first day in MyCommittee. I came here because I'm looking for something where I can add an agenda and make some parts of it available to the public. I made a test creating a meetiing in my agenda and added a guest, but he told me that he was required to make a profile to enter to see the agenda. I would like to make some items public and allow anybody invited to see them without no need of login or password, in other words, I would like to send the invitations and they would be able to see that just as a web browser page. Hi, I'm evaluating mycommittee at the moment and I found that there is an issue with the 'Save to Outlook' feature. I've configured my time zone to Amsterdam which, according to you, is UTC+1. However, in reality my timezone (Amsterdam is CET) currently has daylight saving time (CEST) which is UTC+2, which causes the meeting time to be one hour too late in my Outlook calendar. On the "Agenda for Recorder" include a section to mark attendance and include each attendee's response to the meeting request. On the attendance sheet, include the member's response to the meeting request, because it's very hard to remember when you get to the meeting whether someone said they were coming or not. Including the responses would help us know whether to wait for the start of the meeting or proceed based on who has arrived and who said they were coming. Submitted By: Devan Dewey

2 suggestions: 1. When reviewing meeting minutes on-line, it is very tedious to expand each agenda item individually. I suggest that the minutes be expanded by default. 2. When presenting a list of members for distribution (like at the end of creating minutes when the members are presented with check boxes to receive emails), I'd like to see a link for "check all" and "uncheck all". Subitems incorrectly placed in subsequent agenda Hi, I had a meeting which had old business that was structured with subitems. Some of those items and subitems were parked. I then created the next meeting and in the "old business" section all the items were randomly interspersed and all the subitems appeared as standalone items - is that intentional? Hello, Here is another feature request from one of our users: "The suggestion is to enhance the polling tool in MyCommittee, so it may be used for identified online voting. Currently, the quick poll tool does not indicate who voted or how, so it is impossible to tell who has responded to a given poll (and who has not) nor how individuals have voted. Hello. I would like to pass along a feature request from one of our users. This user would like to be able to re-send an item out of the "Sent messages" area under the "Discuss" tab. This would allow the user to generate another copy of a previously sent message and select a new recipient (or set of recipients). For now, the user is accomplishing this by copying and pasting the text into a new message, but having a "re-send" command would save a step and make things easier for this user. I received your newsletter and wanted to take the opportunity to first thank you for a very nice product and second to give you a list of a few feature wishes. I have mentioned some of these to Dirk, but thought it would be good to send you one list. 1.) Make the agenda available in PDF format with comments and notes just like the minutes. This would allow printing of the agenda with comments that members have made prior to the meeting for our club president to use while the secretary records the minutes on the PC. 2.) Ability to print an attendance sheet with a box next to each member's name, so they could check in on paper before/during the meeting. This would allow the secretary to record the attendance after the meeting. 3.) Add a select all button for each attendance category (Present, Regrets, Absent, Late). We have over 100 members but only around 20 come to a meeting. This would allow clicking on the select all button for absent and then present for only 20 members inst

Here's the actual request from the user: "I'm not sure if anyone has asked you about this, but in our last commission staff meeting, Janet was describing when she sends out an urgent document or request for comments, she does not receive that email notification herself, so it's hard to know if and when the group received it. Is there any way that we could have our own names included on the names list when sending out these notifications, so that we could click our own name to be included on the email distribution list? I would like you to change the delete function for meetings. I don't use the meeting summary function. I started to use it once in 2009 for a meeting and then we decided to do our meeting summaries a different way. I deleted all my 2009 meetings and documents because it's just too much "stuff" and we don't need to retain it. I've started over for 2010. For some reason, I cannot delete that one particular meeting where I started a meeting summary. There must be some kind of default set up so that I can't delete a meeting if a meeting summary has been started. Feature request. We've heard from our committee members and they'd like the ability to reorder uploaded files attached to an agenda item. You can currently reorder agenda items, but not documents attached to an agenda item. Hello, I have a feature request from one of our users: "Is there any opportunity to add individuals' pictures to MyCommittee (e.g., under the People tab)? It does not appear so, but I wanted to ask. We will be kicking around the idea of getting everyone on the committee to submit a picture of himself or herself to facilitate name-face recognition. We thought doing it through MyCommittee would be ideal, and I agreed to check with you on the possibility." If it would be possible to add this feature at some point in the future, I'm sure many of our users would find it helpful. Thanks for considering this! Often we upload documents and need to discuss, however there isn't a quick way to do this outside of setting up a discussion (out of context to the document). First, let me say that your product is excellent. I have just set up a basic account for our church to use for leadership meetings and I am very impressed with the functionality. Building an agenda was very easy and making changes is quick and simple. Second, I would like to suggest two things: first, how about a Windows smartphone app? Second, a simple desktop app that could be downloaded on a laptop and used to record the minutes, then sync the minutes to the website after the meeting would be way cool. It would also eliminate double work and make your paid accounts well worth the money (if the desktop app were part of them). Thanks for a great product! We noticed in a demo today, that search feature doesn't search documents posted in our committees. We think it's acceptable that the contents of the document aren't searched, though that would be nice eventually, we would find it very useful if the document title and notes were included in the search. Hello. One of our staff here contacted me with a feature request: She would like to have the ability to "select all" when she is creating a new message under Discuss > Inbox > New Message. Right now, if she wants to send a message to the entire group, she has to select each person individually. She'd like an easy way to select everyone at once. Would you please consider adding this feature? (I realize there is an "Email Group" link under the People tab, but messages sent that way aren't as good for discussions because they aren't saved in the threaded format.) We are finding MyCommittee very, very useful. One item that I would like to see changed is when creating an agenda, I would suggest being able to see the attachments or exhibits without having to click on another area on the screen. You already have a way to download the agenda in a pdf format (which is great), but it also be nice to be able to download a zip file of not only the agenda PDF but also any files that are attached. Also, many committee members would like to be able to create agandas that don't fall into the (Committee business/Business arising/New business/Committee Business) model. They would like to create the agendas however they would like. Also, maybe have a way to invite only select members to a meeting. Also, is there a way to link a committee with a subcommittee? I am using the tool and it looks interesting, but I have found two major problems. I was not sure whether I would be able to attend a meeting so put myself down as tentative, but now, when I want to confirm my attendance, the options under change attendance are all non functional, I can't make any changes to my own attendance. I have also invited two people to attend, but want to add them to the committee, however, there is no tool I can see to upgrade their participation in the meeting. Does this mean that I have to manually add contacts as members? That would seem wasteful and clunky to say the least. Cheers Submitted By: Earl Mardle
