Can anyone view my notes?
No, notes are personal and only you can see your own notes. Even when they are attached to a meeting or agenda item, you are the only one that will see the note icon 
above or below the item.
Other members only see their own personal notes.
Can I see all my notes somewhere?
Yes, click on the personal notes tab (you can find this under the 'discuss' tab of every committee web site) and you will see a list of all your notes for this committee regardless if they are attached to anything or not..
